- Wanting to regulate certain items or centering them according to selective distribution
- Any personal disagreement with the seller

Trademark infringements
A company utilizes a trademark, usually a symbol or a sign to represent themselves and their services. This symbol, sign or word is legally registered as an individual's entity and is not allowed for use unless legally allowed by the party.
For example, our company is named Juglo, but at the same time, we’re a registered trademark that is utilized on our site along with several of our products.
Replicas/ Imitations
Juglo forbids the selling of fake, counterfeits and/or unauthorized replicas of items belonging to a particular brand. Strict action may be taken against the sellers who are found selling replicas of brands.
Misusing a brand’s name
If a particular brand has not created a product, you are not allowed to sell them on our website by stating them as the brand’s establishment. However, if the product fits or is compatible with the brand, we can make a few exceptions based on the brand's popularity and agreement. To get permission regarding using another brand's name, you must acquire a statement of the agreement and email it to our support team.
Non-originality of logos/descriptions
In case you add logos or images in your description, you need to have full authority over them. If you are using someone else’s logo/image then that goes against our policies. Your logo should not entirely resemble another brand’s logo. Juglo ensures the originality of brands and copyright protection for its sellers not only in products but also in its representation.
Warranties
Your listings need to have appropriate warranties of products by brands. Since this information is important, it cannot be handled recklessly. Ensure from your supplier that the warranty is appropriate.
Copyright Infringements
Copyright safeguards your idea from being stolen. It is a legal contract that binds your idea or entity to you and protects it from being used by another party for profit-making.
Images and Description
You cannot use someone else’s pictures or descriptions without their approval. Additionally, if you are utilizing someone else’s text/image make sure you ask for their permission.
Art, media, and software
If you are caught selling unauthorized copies of software, paintings, movies or items of similar characteristics you have trespassed over our copyright laws. That includes pirated, duplicated copies as well. This policy bars others from using someone else’s property without their authorization.
Design Copyright
The design right refers to how a particular thing looks visually. It can include the shape and size of a product. This right safeguards the designs of the entity or product from being stolen and replicated without approval from the original owner. Juglo does not allow using a third-party’s design without their written consent.
Patent Rights A patent allows someone and grants them the right to use make or sell a particular product. Patents are, therefore, registered in a region’s patent along with the trademark office.
In case we remove your listing, and you have any other questions, reach out to the original owner of the rights directly. However, you can contact us in the following scenarios:
- Unable to locate the rights owner’s email address in the removal email that we sent
- The rights owner hasn’t communicated back in minimum 9 business days
- You have a written agreement with the right's owner allowing you to sell a particular product
Prohibited listings
Replicas, counterfeit items, and unlicensed copies:
As mentioned above, we forbid the selling of counterfeit, unauthorized and duplicate items on Juglo.
The items that carry the original brand’s name/logo are allowed only if they pass through legal procedures and they were authorized by the company itself.
What we do not allow includes unauthorized copies, bootlegged, replicated or duplicated illegally and pirated items as these items may have copyright or trademark.
Penalties
If you are caught going against Juglo’s policy, you will be bound to face strict actions from our side. We may end or cancel your listings, hide/demote your listings from search results, lower your ratings or suspend your account permanently. Additionally, we will not refund any fees that are payable to you on your accounts.
Manipulation policy
This policy includes a misrepresentation of your items in an attempt to make your listing popular or famous. This is often done by using popular keywords and/or other tactics that show deceiving results.
To describe your product clearly, use a suitable title along with a simple, yet informative description that suits your product. Moreover, list it in the right category for better results.
In case of non-compliance, Juglo reserves the right to remove the listings and issue you a warning. After three consecutive warnings, Juglo may have to cancel your membership and remove your seller account.
Why do these policies exist?
The reason for the existence of these policies is simple. It prevents the selling of trademarked items or the ones that have a copyright on them along with illegal replicates that the original owner has not allowed.
Juglo’s policy
We do not allow the use of the following actions:
- Use of distorted and misrepresentative keywords
